KAMPALA – The Commissioner General of Prisons, Can. Dr. Johnson Byabashaija has commissioned the staff spouses bakery at Luzira Prisons Complex barracks.
The bakery is a Government initiative under the Office of the Prime Minister for empowering staff spouses of the armed forces of Uganda by providing programs / projects intended to boast the welfare and incomes of these spouses.
The CGP also broke ground on the construction of the Luzira Prisons Barracks Market, a project funded by the Government of Uganda.
